We think it’s safe to say that the election cycle seems unbearably long to us – and we’re adults! Imagine how long it might seem to a child. So long, in fact, that this child just couldn’t take it anymore and it brought her to tears.
This video became so viral that NPR actually publicly apologized to Abigael Evans, the 4-year-old in the video. In a statement released on their blog, NPR states: “On behalf of NPR and all other news outlets, we apologize to Abigael and all the many others who probably feel like her. We must confess, the campaign’s gone on long enough for us, too.”
